CPC | Bulk Consumer Registration
Consumer Point Registration (Bulk Customer)
Customers who consume fuel (Industrial Diesel, Industrial Kerosene, Furnace Oil & SBP) exceeding 3,300 liters per month are required to register with CPC as Bulk Consumers.
How to Become a Bulk Consumer:

Download the application form (from below link) and submit the duly completed form to CPC.

Submit the required documents as listed in the “Documents Required” link below.

CPC officer will visit the location and certify the premises.
4
CPC will create an account number and notify the customer along with mobile app credentials.
5
Sign the Bulk Consumer Agreement & Submit the bank guarantee based on the forecasted amount as per the agreement.
6
Download the mobile application to an Android mobile device.
7
Make payments for monthly fuel requirements to CPC using online payment platforms.
8
Place orders using the previously mentioned mobile application.
Important Note
Order delivery allocation will be generated automatically on working days through the Distribution System. At the time of automatic order generation, the order must be placed via the mobile application and the required payment amount must be available in the CPC account.

Order placement cutoff time for the next working day is today 03.00 PM. (Ex: If you place a order before 2026.04.08 – 03.00 PM, that order will be delivered 2026.04.09, unless order delivery capacity does not exceed to maximum capacity.)
